  • I offer psychotherapy sessions for individuals and couples. Individual sessions are 45 minutes, and couples sessions are between 45-90 minutes.

    I offer 45 minute consultation sessions for clinicians seeking guidance and support for their work as therapists.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form. We can schedule a 15-minute consultation phone call, to talk about your needs and questions. If you’re ready to meet for an introductory consultation, we can speak about scheduling.

  • I’m not in-network with insurance. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your plan for reimbursement, if you have out-of- network coverage.

    I recommend calling the Member Services number on the back of your health insurance card.

  • My fee for individual therapy is $250 for 45 minutes. My fee for couples is $275 for 60-90 minutes. I have a limited number of sliding scale slots.

  • I listen carefully and ask questions to develop an understanding together with you about what brings you to therapy. I am interested in your family history, what happens in your relationships, and what is important to you. I offer ideas which you are free to reject or use for your growth.
